Reboot Your Business with Corporate / Business Agility

Hans Amell Explains the Benefits of Increased Corporate/ Business Agility

Set aside one hour for this important YouTube clip. You are invited to learn why Business Agility or Corporate Agility has become even more important to the survival and success of your organization  than ever before. My colleague and coauthor Hans Amell presents critical points from our book, “Mastering (business) Agility, Successfully Navigating Uncertainty” (Amazon), such as:

  • What Business Agility is and why it is rapidly gaining in importance
  • The biggest inhibitors to implementing Agility in your organization
  • How and why business agility can be used to tackle them

Has discusses the exciting mega-trends that are fundamentally changing how we do business, as well as just some of the symptoms contributing to the incredible turbulence in the global markets right now. He quickly leads into examples of some of the many successful projects he has been instrumental in completing, using the various agility tools CAG international AG now offers. There is also an interesting 10-minute Q&A at the end of this presentation.

Hans has worked with change management at the leadership level with such names as McKinsey, Dun & Bradstreet, Ericsson AB and Cognizant. His experience even includes being on the McKinsey team led by Bob Waterman, who would later coauthor the biggest, best selling business book of all time, "In Search of Excellence".

He is Chairman of the Board for CAG International AG, located in Zug, Switzerland and is directly involved in developing the North American Market for CAG's Business Agility Tools.

CAG International also owns the Swedish Minerva Group, which are international digital learning specialists currently working with large international companies to deliver world class online training in over 35 languages.
